These precision machined billet aluminum valve covers are made from 6061-T6 aircraft alloy. They begin life as one large hunk of aluminum and are machined down to their final shape.

We go the extra mile in our machining process, taking light finishing cuts resulting in impeccable surface finish and a lightweight cover. Our valve covers also utilize a special steel bushing that protects the surface around the bolt holes from wear and over tightening. These bushings also eliminate the need for washers, which can potentially fall into the engine.

Not only do these covers offer a unique flare to your engine, but the airtight seal they provide allows the engine to pull greater vacuum for improved ring seal and power.
